SIGN RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Whereas, the undersigned, desiring to enter and participate in the above motorcar event and competition to be held by The Grand Concours d'Elegance on October 3-5, 2008, does hereby tender his/her application to participate.  Now therefore, in consideration of the acceptance of this The Grand Concours d'Elegance application, the undersigned to participate in said event, the undersigned does hereby:

 

1.  Release The Grand Concours d'Elegance and it's officials and employees from any and all liability arising out of said event.  I am aware of the hazards associated with these events and specifically realize and do indemnify the organizers, supporting sponsors, site owners (not limited to Grandover Resort and unnamed wineries, collectively and separately from any and all liability from personal injury or property damage incurred by me or my guests while participating in this event

2.  Authorize The Grand Concours d'Elegance to use the names of entrants, their spouses and guests and photographs of them and their entry vehicle for publicity, advertising and other commercial purposes.  This includes newspapers, magazines, Internet and television.  This can occur before, during and after the event.  I do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos or likeness taken in conjunction with the event and give permission to publish, sell or otherwise dispose of said images.  I understand that all publicity and advertising rights are reserved by The Grand Concours d'Elegance or it assigns.

3.  This Event is limited to automobiles and motorcycles only.  All commercial displays will be separate.  Proof of insurance is required to participate in any event. I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this release.
